Frequently prevalent infections include central line-associated bloodstream infections, catheter-associated urinary tract infections, surgical site infections and ventilator-associated pneumonia. A brief detail of these is given below:<\/p>\r\n<section id=\"sec2.1\">\r\n<h3 id=\"sectitle0030\" class=\"u-h4 u-margin-m-top u-margin-xs-bottom\">2.1.\u00a0Central line-associated bloodstream infections (CLABSI)<\/h3>\r\n<p id=\"p0035\">CLABSIs are deadly nosocomial infections with the death incidence rate of 12%\u201325%\u00a0<a class=\"workspace-trigger\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S2221169116309509#bib8\" name=\"bbib8\">[8]<\/a>.
